Where is your cheese produced?
All of our cheese is proudly crafted at our manufacturing plant located in Hamden, Connecticut. This facility is the heart of our operation — where tradition meets innovation.
Every batch of cheese is produced under the careful supervision of skilled artisans using time-honored techniques combined with modern technology to ensure consistent quality, safety, and flavor. Being based in Hamden allows us to stay closely connected to the local community while maintaining full control over the production process from start to finish.
From fresh milk to finished product, everything happens right here in Connecticut — so you can trust that every piece of cheese we make reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and family-owned values..

Where do you source your milk?
We proudly source our milk from Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) — a national, farmer-owned cooperative made up of thousands of family-run farms across the U.S.
Partnering with DFA means we’re using high-quality milk that’s traceable, responsibly produced, and handled with care from farm to creamery. Their commitment to sustainability, animal welfare, and preserving family farming traditions ensures that every batch of our cheese starts with milk we trust — fresh, local, and made with purpose.
By supporting DFA, we’re supporting real farming families and bringing you cheese that’s rooted in quality from the very start.
